Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your Teks Gear purchase, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get what you need.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Underwear (including Bras and Bottoms from our underwear category)
  • Socks & Hosiery

These items are considered final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit Your Request

  2. Wait for Authorization
    We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely package the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement items.

International Returns

International returns follow the same process. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including covering return shipping.
