Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible

Important Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear (including Bras and Bottoms from our underwear category)
  • Socks & Hosiery

These items are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Securely package the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Processing

Timeline & Method

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement items.

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions), international returns follow the same process. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.

Damaged or Defective Items
